A SAD BUT HAPPY DAY AT FLINCHY'S

Trina Jones, our General Manager, has left us as a full time employee and General Manager. She has accepted a position with John Gross Foods in Mechanicsburg doing Human Relations, Accounting, and other Administrative Duties. It is a position which she has been trained for and one in which we are sure she will excel. Trina was an anchor at Flinchy's and could always be counted on to go the extra mile. We wish her the very best and we will all miss our "Trixie." But fret not...she will be coming to help out when the going gets tough from time to time. We are all Happy for you!

KOBE BY APPOINTMENT!

It is not widely known but Flinchy's will do special meals for special people (that would be you!). Last weekend we did Kobe Beef-on-the-Rock for a party of four! That is soooo good you don't need a knife! In November, Dawson is planning to do an entire Cooking Class that will be Gluten Free at the GIANT Super Store, Camp Hill Mall. If you have any special requests or needs - talk to us and we will do our best to accommodate!

Central Chapter of the PA Restaurant Assoc.(PRA)

Matt "Flinchy" Flinchbaugh was officially named to the Board at the PRA's 2008 Presidents Night Dinner held at the ABC Brewery on Cameron St. Flinchy is looking forward to working with the association to further the interests of restaurants and their patrons in an ever increasing hostile environment for small businesses.

Flinchy's has been voted "SIMPLY THE BEST SUBURBAN RESTAURANT" for 2007! We just received notice of BEST BAR from both Clipper Magazine and the Carlisle Sentinel for 2007. "1st Place Salsa" was the trophy at the Hot n' Spicy Food Festival. Dawson also won the Celebrity Chef Competition at the Giant PA Preferred Event at the Camp Hill Super Giant. We also received many dining awards in 2006.
