| DAWSON TO COMPETE IN BEST CHEF OF PENNSYLVANIA COMPETITION SUNDAY, AUGUST 31ST |
Yep, our own Chief Chili Dawson has been asked to compete in the Third Annual PA Preferred Best Chef of Pennsylvania Competition - East-Central Region. The Iron Chef Style competition will be held on Riverfront Park at the Chili Cookoff site. Dawson will compete at 3:00 on Sunday against the Executive Chef of 2201 In The Boro, John Payne. The winner then competes again on Monday for the East-Central Region Championship. That winner goes to the State Championship at the Farm Show in January. Come on out and root him on - He will need it!!!! |
